Job Summary:

As an IT Recruiter with mid-level experience, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of our dynamic organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, effective communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
    • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
  1. End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  1. Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide constructive feedback.
  1. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a clear understanding of the skills and qualifications needed for each position.
    • Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and collaborate on candidate selection.
  1. Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Gather and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers post-interview.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
