Job Overview:

As a BI Consultant – CRO, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data and analytics to drive informed business decisions and optimize conversion rates across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, implementing BI tools, and devising strategies to enhance the overall performance and user experience. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of CRO principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to inform business decisions.
  • Business Intelligence
    • Implement and manage Business Intelligence tools and platforms to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in BI reports.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    • Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior and website interactions to identify opportunities for CRO.
    • Develop and execute A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies to optimize conversion funnels. – Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve the overall user experience and conversion paths.
  • Strategy Development
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align BI and CRO strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI, analytics, and CRO.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to existing processes and methodologies.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive business impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Optimizely, Data Studio/Looker studio) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and CRO principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
